Shared Hosting Service T&C Summary

These hosting policies apply to all our web and data hosting services, except for Virtual Private Server and Dedicated Server services, which have separate contracts. By using our services, you agree to these terms. All services are provided from our servers in the USA, regardless of your physical location. If you don’t agree with these terms, do not use our servers.

  1. Lawful Use Only: Use our hosting services for legal purposes only. If you break the law or our rules, we can stop your service without warning.
  2. No Harmful Content: Don’t post harmful, illegal, or offensive content, including viruses or spam. Violating this may result in your service being terminated.
  3. Your Responsibility: You are responsible for all content and actions on your account. Keep your information up-to-date and secure. You are liable for any damages caused by your account.
  4. No Warranties: Our services are provided “as is” without any guarantees. We’re not responsible for any interruptions, errors, or damages that may occur while using our service.
  5. No Privacy Guarantee: We may monitor communications and activities on our servers. Don’t expect your data to be private or secure.
  6. Security: Keep your account secure. If you suspect your account has been compromised, notify us immediately. You’re responsible for any misuse of your account.
  7. Backup Your Data: We are not responsible for your data. Make sure to back up your files.
  8. Payments: Pay for services in advance. Setup fees are non-refundable. If you want to cancel, let us know to stop recurring charges.
  9. Legal Jurisdiction: Any disputes will be handled in Idaho, USA. The laws of Idaho and the USA apply to this agreement.
  10. Third-Party Services: If you use services like Weebly or Let’s Encrypt, you must follow their rules. We are not responsible for issues with these services.
  11. Acceptance: By using our services, you agree to these terms.
